If you are asked to remove your art work from any web site, for any reason whatsoever you will be obliged to be removed, whether you agree with Smoko-Stock's decision or not


Images within the Smoko-Stock collection are not to be placed in any online collection or archive for downloading or redistribution; in addition, no images are to be redistributed for financial gain or placed within any compilation CD, software or other reproducible media. If you are a commercial endeavour and would like to purchase a license to use these graphics, please contact me.  You can use my stock for DA prints... but not for commercial use. They are not to be used in a way that can give a bad name to Deviantart or the person(s) depicted in the Image. You may not use Smoko-Stock images to make other stock  that people have to pay to use.



When using Smoko-Stock, you must notify me of the use of my stock either by note or a comment on my front page. You must also put a link with your image back to

Smoko-Stock provides for "free" Brushes, Stock Photography and Textures these are not public domain. These images, although provided to you for free, are not being given to you in ownership. You are being allowed to use them if you comply with the terms and conditions, so make sure that you comply with them in full when you use or display the works in question. They are still copyrighted by Smoko-Stock. Again, in these cases the © symbol at the bottom of your web site only pertains to the content that you yourself created, not to the Brushes, Stock Photography or Textures provided to you free for use.
